I agree with @Lord Vetka. I do think it was unfair dropping in ten minutes to the event stating the time was changed when no-one knew prior.

Sorry I can't be joining, I still haven't had the chance to reinstall my game as I've been quite busy on the site. Hopefully I'll get it done soon and then I'll let you all know when :)

When I have time, I'm going to try and install it on my windows 7 machine. This will do two things: Verify the problem is with the game or windows 8 give the possibility to transfer the files to my windows 8 machine (but I'll have to try and copy the registry entries) This will be complex and will probably take a while - if it works. None work for me, my problem is that I can't even install.

I can't remember which thread it was in now, but it was a gaming event one. The reason I got a new copy was because the old one stopped working when I updated it to the 1.2 version.

I uninstalled the previous version when I bought my new copy. And I can't now install that. I don't have SH1.

I can't run it at all. I'm trying to work on a solution but as of now I can't at all.

Sorry, my crusader game still isn't running on Windows 8 so I can't play :(

I was thinking about getting rid of that forum anyway, I just hadn't had time to bring it up in a team discussion. So after @EaglePrince asked me I just decided to remove it instead. This forum is for anything volunteer related (such as map testing, scripting things for you.etc) whereas the game forum is for technical questions, support & advanced discussions on the games, so they are for different things.

Unfortunately I'll have to decline this time, I'm quite busy at the moment with other things. :(

Is this just a play testing thread or for the map as well? If it's just a play testing thread, the best place would be in Volunteer Work.

Multiplayer for Stronghold 2 and Stronghold Legends is run through Gameranger now. :)
