You will find this map in the custom skirmish and can be played against any KI or a human player. The last invasion units will arrive on day 25.
Note: The "host" must defend!
Minas Tirith was a city of Gondor in Lord of the Rings.
With the crossings of Anduin taken the Pelennor was overrun, and Minas Tirith was besieged by a great army of Morgul orcs and Easterlings led by the Witch-king. The city was under-manned, and its defenders had little hope.
Description I made on Steam:
after two days of 'work' I managed to create a 'Minas Tirith' looking map. I made it to be played as defending or attacking side. Also it is possible to choose between a KI or a human player to play against. It's not a 100% copy of the original but should be good enough.
I already played a couple matches on it and it's quite fun to do so. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to add more unit groups because the game started to stutter (first try were 1200 units). The units will come in waves starting at day 3 till 25. The goal as defender is to survive the invasion and after that to kill the Lord at the River.
!! important !! : The "host" must be the defending side, else the invasion groups will swap over. It's not possible to play the attacking side against a KI player (I couldn't manage to make this possible).

This is one excellent map!
The terrain was fairly detailed in places, and there is a wide variety of different types of terrain available on the map. But I'm most impressed with how you managed to create that massive hill for the city, as well as the mountain. It was a very good map.
The invasions were very well scripted, they did exactly what they were supposed to do. The only downside to this, was that on my game they all seemed to stack up on the left hand side of the city. This meant that towards the end they were all the way up to the top on the left side, but only half way up on the right.
However, there are a couple of points to think about:
Overall opinion: A good map to download worth a few hours of fun. I recommend this to anyone who is familiar with the lord of the rings, or likes huge battles!
