Morgan le Fay Custom Lord

Custom lord for skirmish mode based on Arthur's half-sister Morgan le Fay. She replaces Siegfried and comes with her own castle, voice lines, video, model and AI behaviour.
Simply extract the ZIP into your Stronghold Legends main folder and agree to overwrite existing files.
Update 25/04/2026: Hop farms, breweries and inn removed. One extra dairy and apple farm added.

Morgan's AI here gave me a bit of a challenge with the sheer volume of troops she summoned to her beck and call. Her castle seemed pretty strong actually due to this. Although I didn't receive any sieges since I was on the offense most of the game, Morgan is a solid AI!

Did she build a sorcerer tower? She uses Saxon warriors in her siege armies. If she didn't build it, then this might be a reason for the lack of sieges.
Nah, the reason she didn't siege is because I took an offensive approach. I don't remember what units she used, but she defnitely had a Sorcerer's Tower.

Hey, is there any mods that really improve the AI? Even with cheats but like, the AI becomes 2 or 3 times harder with more units cause it gets more gold or other stuff?
Hello there,
while there's no mod that makes the AI harder, there's a patch that fixes the most obvious issues with the AI and rebalances some aspects of AI behaviour. AI Lord Fixes | Stronghold Legends Downloads | Stronghold Nation
The patch rebalances trade values for the different lords so they sell unused and excess weapons/resources/food. This provides them with more gold which means more armies.

ye I laready tried it but it's not harder enough....
is it the same for Stronghold 2? Except by editing their castle? And also in multiplayer, it's the same as Stronghold 2, the AI doesn't really siege, they just raid....
