A unique and quite ‘’different’’ view on Christianity – ‘’Gnosticism’’ developed parallel along with traditional early Christian Beliefs. The primary difference was that Gnostics (which were made mup of Believers of both Judaic and Christian Faiths and Ideologies) assigned a more ‘’humanist’’ approach to the teachings of Jesus Christ and less of a supernatural or preternatural view. In addition, Humankind was able to associate more with a ‘’Divine Intelligence’’ that Christianity assumed and taught. Such association was gained by the learning of ''hidden and intimate'' knowledge, seen as heretical by Christianity. So ‘’popular’’ was Gnosticism between the 2nd and 6th Century AD, that early Church Fathers would launch a series of ''purges’’ (Crusades) against the many Sects that had formed throughout Europe and The Middle East. Most Sects were destroyed, but some still came to exist (and still do), in some Countries. Gnosticism also established a series of archaeological discoveries which are still debated today as being faked or in question. Several scrolls found among the fabled ‘’Dead Sea Scrolls’’ in 1947, established several unknown ‘’Books’’ from the traditional Gospel used in Christianity. ‘’Written’’ by known characters of The Christian Bible, they formed a very different view on Christ as well as explained the overall belief system of Christianity as being incorrect. Several of these scrolls also pointed to long banned ‘’Books’’ (since The Middle Ages), which were considered by Christian Church Founders as ‘’Apocryphal’’ and ‘’Forbidden’’. The Scrolls seemed to substantiate many of these ‘’Volumes'’, and ignited MANY fierce debates.
