An Ancient Egyptian ''Fable'' – the term ''The Tears of Ra'' was related to the story of The ''Creator God'' Ra. One day, Ra cried (although the exact emotional reason is never made clear). As His tears fell to Earth, they became Honey Bees. This was seen as a Gift to Man, for The Ancient Egyptians were perhaps among the first Cultures to harvest Honey from the keeping of Bees. Honey was seen as wealth as well as being crucial in The Embalming Process. In another version, Ra cried Honey which when they hit the Earth, became Honey Bees.
