An important Ancient Egyptian Deity in their funerary rights, Sokar was portrayed as having a Hawk's head. Sokar makes small silver bowls for the recently deceased to wash their feet in. Sokar is also responsible for making the spices and herbs used in Mummification. Sokar was often seen with Ptah (God of Craftsmen). He is also often portrayed as traveling in a Nile Boat.
