The Russian RSM-56 ''Bulava'' (''Mace'') is a Submarine Launched, Ballistic Missile, deployed in 2018 for usage with The Russian Navy's Submarine Program of Strategic Self-Defense. The RSM-56 is part of Russia's ''Triad'' System for Nuclear Defense. Designed for deployment by (3) Classes of Russian Boats - to include The ''Typhoon''-CLass, The RSM-56 is seen as an effective Missile System. Exact numbers are not known. Weighing 32-tons, The Missile is 40-feet long with a 6 (closer to 7) foot diameter. Utilizing both solid and liquid propellants, The RSM-56 has close to a 9,000-Mile effective strike range. Satillite guided, The Missile is designed for ''surface'' launching only. It's warhead is rated from 100 to 150-mt.
