The Wife and Sister to the Supreme Deity in Ancient Egypt -  Isis, she is depicted as a Earth Mother figure. It was said her very tears (shed for her killed Husband Osiris), made The Nile River. She was the Mother of Horus (The Sky God). Shown as a Human figure, she wears the Crown of Cow Horns, which holds The Sun (symbol of Creation). She is also frequently seen suckling the young (symbolic of The life-giving Nile River, upon which all life is dependent).
