Heket

 An Ancient Egyptian Goddess, Heket was depicted as Human, with the head of a Frog. It was she who fashioned a fetus inside a pregnant woman (into the shape of a human) and stood over the same during childbirth. She was also considered a worship Deity for Mid-Wives. When not in her Hybrid form, Heket is observed as a simple Frog.
