Another Parliamentarian Unit, it was raised in 1642 at Derbyshire. The Regiment the Regiment participated in most the the important Sieges of The English Civil War. The Colors were of a Yellow-Gold with The Cross of St. George in the Upper Left Canton of the Flag. Twin Blue Stars were affixed to the Center of The Colors (in reference to Sir Gell's Coat of Arms).
