Used in 1794 by disgruntled Veterans of The American Revolution, they were protesting not only The newly established US Government's “default” on Pension, but the Government imposing a stiff tax on “spirits” and other items (as a way to generate Federal income). The “rebellion” was put done by General George Washington and a 15,000 man Force. The Flag was a Blue Field with 13-White, 5-pointed Stars arranged “throughout The Heavens”. Finally, a full color Federal Eagle was placed in the center.
