Domitian become Roman Emperor today. Last of The Flavian Dynasty, Domitian – while restructuring Roman Coinage within The Empire, was considered a Tyrant by his Subjects. He sought to control Roman Morality and even Public thought. A persecutor of early Christians, his “memory” (upon his death) – was officially declared “void” by The Roman Senate.
Seen with a Head and body of a Donkey, they also featured the iconic “humps” of the desert beast (Camel). Seen rarely in the 15th Century, they were often used as Brands with Merchant and Trade Companies.
