While the Region of Mongolia is more well known for it s myth of the Great Mongolian Death Worm, another fabled denizen of that sparsely populated land is The Zamba Zaraa. Speculated at being a mammal by classification, they do in fact produce live young and nurse them. They are similar to a giant Hedgehog. The Zamba Zaraa has several unique defense and attack mechanisms. The first is their long boney tail. They can smack the ground in warning, which often feels like a natural earthquake. The second defense mechanism is that The Zamba Zaraa can inflate their bodies, much like the oceanic Pufferfish. Both defensives well protect The Zamba Zaraa from The Death Worms.
