This mythical beast was a common entry in Medieval Bestiaries. Said to have existed since after The Flood Era (Biblical), The Yale is a Goat-like creature with Golden Horns and hooves. Capturing one meant unlimited wealth (due to the fact The Yale would rather tell one where gold is at than losing his horns and hooves!). Many Medieval fables involve a Quest for A Yale. Figures of The Yale are also a common feature in Middle Ages architecture (similar to The Gargoyle) in some Countries. The image of The Yale is still seen as good luck.
