The Twin brother of Quetzacoatl, Xolotl was a Bringer of Misfortune . He was somewhat unpredictable. Some times he was a friendly God, other not so much. This dual nature was not lost on The Aztec. He was made the Patron of their Ball Games (a Hybrid form of Soccer). The unpredictability of the games suited Xolotl very well. He was often portrayed as a Human-like figure, holding an Axe. He wore a head dress which featured The Planets. He also features a burst eye with a patch over it. He assisted his brother with creating Man.
