Many Slavic Countries identified ‘’Veles’’ (in Paganism), as being a ‘’God of The Underworld’’. Associated with ‘’Water and Livestock’’ as well, The Deity was portrayed in Art as being a ‘’Half Cow, Half-Goat and Half-Human’’ Entity. Covered in ‘’wet fur’’, He protected Livestock from harm and provided safe water for them to drink. The name Veles is also found in some proto-Indo-European Cultures as being ‘’Evil Demons’’ that harmed cattle and other livestock.
