Slavic Mythos assigns the name ‘’Vedmak’’ as being a Male Witch or ‘’Warlock’’. While traditionally seen as ‘’Evil’’, many tales state Vedmak’s were ‘’helpful’’ and ‘’Healers’’, Experts in herbalism, The Vedmak was called upon to heal animals – especially livestock. Hermits (for the most part), They were said to live in the deep recesses of Woods and Forests. Some Vedmak were still seen as Evil though, being called upon to cast Hexes and Curses upon One’s Enemy. This was usually at a steep price – being a ‘’Blood Oath’’ which often resulted in turning over One’s ‘’First Born’’.
