Another Scottish Myth, the term ‘’Unspoken Water’’ was a Medieval Belief regarding ‘’Healing Water’’. If a specific Bridge was used for frequent foot transportation and well as it’s waterway underneath – to convey The Dead to their burial elsewhere – the water was seen as being ‘’magical’’. Able to cure a host of illnesses and disease – ‘’Unspoken Water’’ came from the gathering of such water. One needed to NOT speak, either going to, gathering and returning home. This was the only way to ‘’activate’’ The Water’s ‘’abilities’’…….Or So It Is Believed!
