The term ''Unclean Spirit'' is most associated with Judaic and Christian Religions. From The Greek ''Akatharton'' and later The Vulgate Latin ''Spritus Immundus'' – the definition has several contexts. Most thought of as a Person ''possessed'' with a Demon(s), in fact – an Unclean Spirit is also a ''wayward Spirit'' (which may or may not be Demonic in nature, simply malevolent or evil). Western Christianity, in The Middle Ages – cemented the term to be associate with Satan's Minions, while other Religions linked with ''Spiritual Manifestations''. Some cite that The Judaic Regulations regarding ''unclean'' or forbidden animals would also be classed with Spirits that were forbidden (by whatever cause) to enter Paradise or Remittance of Sin.
