Two Face

 The Native American Sioux People have a legend about a being called Two Face . It is also known as Sharp Elbows . It a humanoid looking being with twin faces (side by side). One can be hidden and shown at will. The Two Face likes to scare people (especially pregnant women, hoping they will miscarriage). The Two Face was twin, bone extensions coming his elbows (which he sharpens and uses to kill). Said to be a cannibal, he also delights in mutilating his prey. The Sioux say that the first Two Face was a woman. She was very beautiful (and let everybody know it). She seduced The Sun God (who didn't appreciate having his affections toyed with). He cursed her (and future generations), with multiple faces and sharpened elbows forever!
