In the Tibetan form of Hinduism, The ‘’Spirit’’ of ‘’Inner Heat’’ was called ‘’Tummo’’. Both a personification as well as a ‘’State of Being’’, Tummo is seen as the very ‘’Passion’’ of Life. Tummo is most common in the Feminine form. However, with all ‘’Spiritual Beings’’ having both the Masculine AND Feminine Chakra, even a Male can (with practice), bring forth such Tummo. Many Practitioners of the Tibetan form state that this ‘’Spiritual Flame’’ can actually be felt and even seen with proper Meditation.
