The Woonsocket Photohraph

Taken in June of 1967 (actually one of several) The Woonsocket, Rhode Island (US) UFO Photo garnered much Press when it was published (later that same year). Harold Trudel was then a 29 year old Father, out for a drive in The Countryside, when He pulled over to rest. Getting out of His Car, He saw the ''Disc Shaped Object'' drifting back and forth. No sounds were heard. Getting His Camera from His car, Trudel took (6) photographs of the Object in the sky. Various ''views and angles'' were taken (as if The Object ''knew'' it was being ''photographed''. Trudel noted that The Craft appeared to hover close to several power lines nearby by. After 15-minutes, The Craft slowly rose into the sky until it could no loner be seen. Going home and telling His Family of His ''amazing encounter'', He was informed that The City had been without electrical power for several hours. When He developed His Film (of which he did himself), most who ''saw'' the pictures saw them as hoaxes. However, ''Crafts'' of this type were widely reported throughout The World at the time.
