The ''Weeping Bride'' of Gold Brook Bridge

A strange Case from Upstate Vermont (US), involves a desolate covered Bridge over The Gold Brook. Located on Hollow Road, it has become known as "Emily's Bridge". You see, Emily is somewhat of a Celebrity - and a Ghost. Her story has several beginnings. The 1968 "version" us the one most told. Emily was a young woman who was to marry. Her intended, for one reason or another, jilted her at The Altar. Destitute, she came to Gold Brook Bridge and, still in her Wedding Gown, hung herself. Now, between the hours of 12:00 AM and 3:30 AM (her supposed time of death), you just might see her Ghostly appearance hanging from the bridge. The unmistakable sounds of a woman crying are also heard. In recent years, Paranormal Investigators have managed to take a photo of what just might be "Emily".....or something.
