World War I was a devastating period of World History, which saw rapid advancements in technology due to Conflict. Perhaps such changes set something in The Earth’s Eco-system ‘’off’’. This then is a little told and equally amazing tale – well documented and conversely, hidden by two World Governments – who were then at War. It was in July of 1915, that The Imperial German Naval Submarine ‘’U-28’’ was on active Patrol in The North Atlantic. The German Boat came across The British Cargo Steamer ‘’Iberian’’. It was not in convoy or otherwise protected. The ‘’Iberian’’ no doubt had a cargo hold full of supplies for The British War Effort. Two torpedoes later however, ‘’Iberian’’ exploded so quickly – that I sank in seconds. No survivors were seen when The Sub surfaced.

But within seconds of surfacing, The Captain and Deck Lookout’s experienced a bizarre occurrence. A massive explosion erupted from below the surface. Much louder than one would expect from The British Ship’s imploded bulkheads. Within seconds, more debris (assumed coming from The Ship’s hold) – surfaced.  Within seconds, the debris field further exploded into a spray of water. The Deck Crew was shocked to see a massive, Reptilian ‘’Sea Beast’’ in the wake of water! Described as having a ‘’long neck and four flippers’’, the Creature looked suspiciously like a long extinct prehistoric animal which swam The Oceans Millions of years ago (Plesiosaur).

The Creature was obviously ‘’shredded and wounded’’, which led The Captain to believe the incredible Beast had – in fact been stored inside the Hold of The British Vessel. The ‘’explosion heard’’ was no doubt, the Beast ''breaking free’’ of it’s confines. The Captain ordered that a camera be brought up on Deck. But before His order could be followed, the Beast began to sink ‘’below the waves’’ as if ‘’dead’’. Recorded in The Sub’s official Logs, later (after The War) – Britain denied that any such ‘’cargo’’ was aboard ‘’Iberian’’. Why would a German Naval Captain make-up such a ‘’fanciful tale’’? Just what did The Crew see? We will never know…..
