The Trout Lake Monster

Ontario, Canada has more than it’s fair share of beautiful Rivers and Lakes. They also apparently have a plethora of Lake Monsters, as evidenced by The ‘’Trout Lake Monster’’. Trout Lake has been a popular spot for hunting and fishing for hundreds of years. In fact, even local Native Tribes, tell of a ‘’serpent-like’’ animal, seen swimming in The Lake. And while no conclusive photography as yet been produced, in 2010 at video of a ‘’carcass’’ was put forth. The decomposing animal was close to 15-feet long, covered in fur and had an almost ‘’Gargoyle-like’’ head (with horns). Almost instantly, this was passed off as ‘’hard evidence’’ of The ‘’Monster’’. Despite it’s size, Scientists linked the corpse to a type of Giant Otter – distended due to decomposition. But the corpse soon vanished before in-depth examinations could be made. A new Hoax or an old Cryptid?
