The Time Traveling ''Surfer''

A very odd story, mostly viewed as a hoax by Skeptics, centers around a photograph discovered in an old book in Wisconsin. As if something out of Rod Serling's "Twilight Zone", a Couple were rummaging through an old books store around 2008. They found an old book published in 1912. The double page photograph reproduction showed a turn if the century Outing of some sort. The group photographed were well aware that they were having their picture taken. Most are looking at the camera. One in particular, seems quite concerned that his "presence" has been "made known". He has been dubbed "The Surfer". The Young Man is seated on a rock. Everything about him is out of place. From his'' long blond unkempt hair'', to his baggy shirt, cargo shorts and "boat deck" shoes. All the things that did NOT exist in the early 20th Century. He likewise appears to be concerned that his photo is being taken (as any Time Traveler would!) The only information known about the photo is that it was taken in Wisconsin in 1912. The Publisher had long since went out of business. No evidence of the original photograph or negative exists (or had been found), as of yet. Perhaps it never will be.
