A Classic, but no less bizarre early Film by quiche Film Director Roger Corman, American International Pictures 1963 ‘’Historical Horror’’ fare – ‘’The Terror’’, is another if iconic American Film actor Jack Nicholson ''first film’'’. Starring (the only name Star), Boris Karloff as a made German Lord – the film is rather interesting in Plot, if not slightly boring – until the climatic end. Our Plot is simple – a German Lord was married to a beautiful younger (MUCH younger), Woman who – as one expects, in unfaithful (a lot it seems). She also is a practicing Witch. When Her Husband finds out, He kills Her and Her Lover. But His Wife made a pact with The Devil for immortality. She doesn’t die and spends most of Her time driving Her former Husband insane. Enter a young (and lost?) French Infantry Officer – who assumes that The Witch is really the captive Daughter of The ‘’Evil Lord’’. Falling for Her, He helps Her try to escape. Hubby finds out that His Wife really is a Witch and sets about to destroy Her. It goes up and down but the end of the Film is the best, by far. If Your Bored…….Give It A Try!
