‘’Found’’ in New Zealand in 1836, the so-called ‘’Tamil Bell’’ is a declared ‘’Out of Place’’ Artifact of the first order. It’s name ‘’Tamil’’ is in relation to an ancient language spoken and written in and around Sri Lanka and other Regions. It is dated to around the 6th Century BC. The ‘’Bell’’ also named for it’s semblance to a small bell, was – when found, being used as a cooking pot by a Tribe of The Maori. The out of place inscriptions gave pause as just how Ancient Southeast Asian traveled so far (New Zealand) as well as constructing the device. Other examiners stated that the so called ‘’Bell’’ actually resembles some form of mechanical component, perhaps even an automotive distributer cap. Both descriptions are well out of the realm of 6th Century BC ‘’technology’.  More aptly seen by conventional Science as perhaps a form of trade goods from a 16th Century Ship, the still inconclusive ‘’Tamil Bell’’ is still on Museum Display in New Zealand.
