Currently on display at The Collegiate Church of St. George, Cologne, Germany – The ‘’Sword of St. George'’ is NOT the obvious personal sidearm of St. George (noted for His Patronage of Justice and Honor for many European Countries). This Sword dates (perhaps) to the 15th Century AD and was possibly a ‘’quasi-relic’’ – to stir ‘’popular piety’’ towards St. George. The Blade is 33-inches in length and embellished in various precious metals (Gold and Silver).
