''The Sixth Sense'' (1972)

An American Television Show which ran in 1972 (25-Episodes), ''The Sixth Sense'' centered on The Paranormal encounters of a Psychologist who dabbled in The Occult. He had ''Psychic Abilities'' and His female (Medium) Assistant. Each episode involved the Duo solving various mysteries (and murders), all pointing to Ghosts, Curses and other Paranormal Entities. An American Broadcasting Company Show (ABC), it was ''deadlocked'' in The Sunday Night Slot at 10pm (a very tough sell). Initially having a small Fan draw, ''Paranormal Shows'' were quickly becoming ''old'' with The American Public and ''The Sixth Sense'' (with it's eerie 1970s synth Music), was canceled. While most Episodes were ''clever'', they were nonetheless ''too heavily scripted'' in some places. Still, The Series is worth a look at.
