Bonham, Texas 1873. Apparently Outlaws and Indian attacks were the last thing Farm Workers needed to worry about in this Case which takes place in America's ''Wild West''. A Group of Workers in a Cotton Field at mid-day were shocked to see a ''long silvery serpent'' (using the parlance of The Era), ''slowly move through The Sky''. This Object moved slow at first, then somewhat fast. It went towards The Town of Bonham and actually circled above it, several times before ''streaking off''. The following day, over Ft. Scott (Texas), the same Object would be seen as well. Even the uneducated were able to determine that The Object was not a ''Comet'' or other ''Shooting Star''. In a related tale, a similar Object was seen over Tombstone, Arizona in 1892. This time, the Ruffians of Town ''shot at The Serpent'' said this time to have ''silvery wings'' It was said that their bullets seemed to ''bounce off'' the strange Object. Sounds as if The Object was more akin to some kind of ''aircraft''. But how can this be, in 1892.
