The Sack Man

 An Urban Myth from 14th Century Spain, The Sack Man was a mysterious stranger that showed up in Towns and Villages. He carried a large sack on his back. His only goal was to red a region of bad children. Parents were said to tell The Sack Man of their troubles (unaware of who is really was). Children who were found out of doors at Dusk (and on his List ), were scooped up into his sack (which was bottomless). Children who were NOT on his List (yet), were scared so bad , that they never again disobeyed their parents. Just what Sack Man did with his charges in the sack is not known (but was left up to one's imagination).
