Dating to 1,600 BC The ''Nebra Sky Disc'' is an unusual Artifact, found near The Town of Nebra (Germany). The Bronze Age piece is not like any other of it's (surviving type). The Disc is 12-inches in diameter and weighs 4-lbs. Bronze metal with inlaid Gold, it shows images (also of Gold inlay) of The Galaxy. Of note, a pattern of Stars resembles The Pleiades System. This particular Astronomical feature cannot be viewed with the unaided eye (left along from Ancient Germany). Who did information become known to The Disc's Artist Seen as perhaps the oldest Astronomical Star placement Map in The World ''why'' it was created (or by whom) is unknown. Some UFOlogists theorize that The Artist simply duplicated ''what He saw'' perhaps after a ''trip'' aboard an Alien Craft. Many skeptics cite The Nebra Disc as a forgery (although they cannot account for the age of the Object.
