The Mount Pleasant Encounter

This Case was told to Investigators in 1973, but happened in 1920 – in Mount Pleasant, Iowa (US). The Witness to the remarkable incident, stated that He was fishing one day, when am ''Object'' descended in front of Him, and simply hovered, 15-feet off the ground. Being 1920, and technology being what it was – the Man knew immediately that what He was witnessing – was ''nothing of this World''. Staring at the ''silvery Object'' (which made no noise), for several minutes – it suddenly rose up high into the sky and simply vanished. Why did He wait so long to report His ''encounter''? Simply put, He thought ''People would think He was insane''.
