The Marysburgh ''Vortex''

Said by some to be The ‘’Bermuda Triangle’’ of Canada, The ‘’Marysburgh Vortex’’ is an expanse of water located within Eastern Lake Ontario, Canada. Several miles in width, The Vortex was first named and formally written of in 1889. It is estimated that closed to 500 Vessels and close to 50 Aircraft have mysterious vanished (or sunk) within it’s perimeters. And while much of the loss could be rationally explained by ‘’natural occurrences’’, it does not explain the many Decades of reported ‘’strange Lights’’, ‘’unknown Objects seen coming out of and going into Lake Ontario’’ – that permeate The Region. Although the ‘’phenomenon’’ (whatever IT is), does not happen with regularity, most local Fishermen and Sailors do try to avoid The Vortex.
