An Urban Myth also known as ''The Ankle Slicer'', this tale has it's origins in The United States, from roughly the 1990s. In an unspecified City, Women who park their vehicles in Public Garages best beware. As the Victim walks to their car – an unknown ''person'' (hiding under said vehicle) – slashes out with a knife, cutting the Achilles Tendon of their intended. As such, the injury makes any movement or ability to stand impossible. Falling to the ground, our ''Psychopath'' proceeds to cut the throat of The Driver. Once dead, ''He'' (or perhaps She) – will steal the dead Drivers belongs – and Car! The exact reasoning is not known. The story is one designed to more ''terrify'' than provide a cause. Something to ''think about'' when One is ''walking'' to their Car.......in a Garage.....ALONE!
