A component of Ancient Frankish (Carolingian) Mythos, The Magonia were said to be ''Beings'' who lived in the very clouds of the air. ''Invisible'' to Humans (until they chose to be seen), The Magonia were also said to traverse the skies in ''Cloud Ships of Light''. The Magonia were said to ''steal'' crops and on occasion, people – in particular Females. The Magonia appear in several important Medieval Texts, and in following Centuries – were liked to ''Demons''. However, the very description of The Magonia ''Ships'' and their ability to move through the air (often as ''Pillars of Lights'') – places them more closely to Extraterrestrial Beings. The Beings were known to ''land their ships'' for the purposes of ''collecting samples'' of crops (for study?). Most telling, was The Magonia ''habit'' of ''abducting'' Human Females. We all know what this obvious ''capture'' was for......Their overall description would be well in keeping with the mentality of the ''Medieval Mind''. This, along with The Early Church ''identifying them'' as ''Demons'', well places The Magonia as a possible invasive Alien Race, visiting Earth in the 8th Century AD.
