The Los Feliz Murder House

The rather ominous name ''Murder House'' is attached to a 1925 - 2 Floor Home, located in the affluent Los Feliz section of The City of Los Angeles, California. The House was the scene of a 1959 Murder-Suicide, in which a well-educated Doctor took a hammer to His Wife and attempted the same with His Children, waking to the screaming – the Children ran to a neighbor for help. The ''good'' Doctor swallowed acid before His arrest. It was made known that severe financial problems caused the Doctor's insanity. Having invented a new form of medical device, His partners ''beat him out'' of all copyright and profits. The House was ''cleaned'' but all personal belongings were left inside. Several years later in the 1960s, The Feliz House was purchased by a private owner. This Family however NEVER moved in. In fact, The House was used as a ''storage building'', leaving EVERYTHING inside – to include cans of food and clothing from The victimized Family. After the new owners died, The House came up for sale and was sold. These new Owners renovated, but left much of the original interiors intact. They lived inside for just 2 weeks before moving and putting The House up for sale yet again. To this day, these Owners refuse to state ''why'' they left a 2.5 Million (USD) investment property the way they did. Paranormal Investigators have checked out The House, and almost all report feelings of ''dread and fear'' from within. In fact, simply going uo to the Main Door incites One to ''feel like running – away''. And yes, The Feliz House CAN be brought, for it is ''still'' on The Market.
