Recorded in 216 AD, - a strange event happened in the skies over The Roman Province of Capua (Northern Italy). It was recorded by famed Roman Historian Livy. While one could develop a ''rational'' explanation for what Livy (and hundreds if not thousands) saw, one still has to question just ''what'' they saw. In the mid-morning hours of possibly April, 216 AD, several ''bright and wondrous boats of brights light'' descended from The Heavens. Some described the ''lights'' as ''Phantom Boats'' (due to their almost translucent appearance). The ''lights'' floated through the skies, rather ''slowly'' and ''made no noise''. One such ''craft'' was described as ''circular, as a plate'' while the other was said to be a ''cylinder, floating upright''. This odd ''spectacle'' was observed for about a half of an hour, before the ''Phantom Ships'' soared higher and higher into the morning sky, only to both fade out.
