Seeing a chance to get World honored, The Doctor agrees to help commit murder in the ''name of Science'' to aid the ''Leech Woman'.

In an accidental dose taken from a woman (who ingested the plant), The ''Leech Woman'' mistakenly consumes the gland fluid of this victim. She immediately begins to show Her ''true age'', shrinking into a horribly disfigured human-like creature (and now able to be arrested by Police investigating the many murders in Town).
