a Very clever tale, ''The Last Voyage of The Demeter'' was a 2023 Gothic-Horror Tale, which tales an obscure paragraph from Bram Stoker's ''Dracula'' (1897). In that Tale, Dracula, the immortal vampiric Count, hires a Merchant Ship (The ''Demeter''), to transport ''Him'' and boxes of ''earth'' - to England. The paragraph (taken from The Captain's Log), outlines a months journey. With The ''Demeter'' being found shipwrecked off the Englsih Coast (Whitby), with but the (dead) Captain strapped to the Main Wheel, the tale comes from His Journal.

Well and cleverly made, ''The Last Voyage of The Demeter'' exmaines what happened to the Crew during their voyage to England from Carpathia. A worthly addition to ANY true ''Dracula'' Tale, the film is well worth the close to 2-hour running time as a ''pleasant'' diversion (and addition) to that immortal Tale know as ''Dracula''.
