The Jimi Hendrix ''Experience''

While the Title of this Article is referencing the 1967 Debut Record Album by Jimi Hendrix, it can also be applied to a bizarre ''experiment'' which took place in 2016, on American National Morning Television. The Experiment involved a Talisman and the Ghost of legendary Rocker – Jimi Hendrix. Another tragic child of the 1960s ''Counter Culture'', Hendrix was perhaps one of The Greatest Guitarists who ever lived. But He too, would fall prey to Alcohol and Drugs – both of which would kill Him at the age of 27 in 1970. In time, His Fan Base would achieve ''Cult Status'' – so that even today, His name and Music are well known. But a very strange Event took place on a Nationally Broadcast Morning Television Show in 2016. ''Zena'' (A Medium of low level importance), stated that She would make ''contact'' with Hendrix Spirit, and do so using a bizarre Talisman. This Talisman was made from tufts of actual hair taken from Hendrix (from hair stylings and cuts). Bunched together with colored leather ties and other ''Charms'', the artifact could easily be seen as the ''ultimate'' piece of the Faned Rockstar. Zena acquired it's usage from a former Hendrix Promoter, who got the artifact and several guitars of Hendrix from His former (one of them) Estates in Florida. While much fanfare, Zena used the Amulet to ''summon forth'' Jimi's Spirit. After much ''prodding'' He did NOT show, but ''Zena'' did say that She could ''feel His Presence in The Studio''. The failure was laughed on, and quickly forgotten. As for The Talsiman? It was sold at Auction for $65,000 (USD), to a Private Collector.
