Also known as ''La Planchada'' is a Tale from the 1930s - told in parts of Mexico. Although Her ''Legend'' is local to Mexico City and Juarez Hospital. According to The ''Story'', A Nurse who worked there put great emphasis into caring for Her charges. She was noted for Her ''starched'' appearance in Her Nurse's Uniform. One day a young Doctor joined The Staff. The Nurse and Him fell in love. At some point, the Doctor had to leave Town to go to another Hospital. But by this time, He had told The Nurse they would marry. She decided to wait for Him to return. After many months of no contact, The Nurse found out that Her ''Love'', had fallen for another and had married Her instead. The Nurse grew depressed and at times stopped caring for Her Patients. Some of them even died, further sending Her into depression. In time, She recovered and continued to work, this time in a manner to make up for the loss of the prior Patients lives. It was said that She especially looked out for those Patients that were neglected by other more lazy Nurses. In time, She died (some say of that ''broken heart''). Since then, ''She'' is a regular (more or less) ''fixture'' in The Hospital. She is ''seen'' by very ill Patients who (when asked how they are in the morning) say that they were nursed through the night by a Nurse (who is described as La Planchada in Her starched White Uniform). Nurses who neglect proper care are often shocked to find that their Patients were cared for by Her. There has even been CCTV footage recorded of ''someone'' who looks suspiciously like a 1930s Nurse ''working The Intensive Care Unit.
