The Hornet Spooklight

Known locally as The ''Hornet Spooklight'' (and others) – The ''Spooklight'' is a phenomenon indicative to Hornet, Missouri (sometimes ''claimed'' with The American State of Oklahoma). The ''Orb Light'' Tale dates back hundreds of years and is Native American in origins. As the tales goes, two young Lovers were separated in love by their Warring Tribes. Unable to be together, they took their own lives (separately). They spend all Eternity in the attempt to ''find each other''. In their ''spectral form'', they dart thru the sky along the border between the two States – ''looking for each other''. Described as ''Greenish-White Balls of floating energy'', The ''Spooklight'' has been photographed and experienced many times over the centuries. Science can't readily explain The Lights, due to the lack of Swampland (Swamp Gas). The most common – that The Light is a hoax, perpetrated over the years by locals aware of The Legend, or the release of some form of observed energy die to shifting Earth (Plate) activity.
