A true story that became an Urban Legend, the tale of Raymond Robinson is one of utmost courage .and one that that would ultimately become a Ghost Story. Robinson was born in Koppel, Pennsylvania (US) IN 1910. At the age of 9, he was traveling over an electric Trolley Bridge, when he came into contact with a 1,200 volt power wire. As a result, Robinson was horribly burned and disfigured. His face literally melted . Losing his eyes, ears, nose and his right arm, Doctors were totally amazed that he survived at all. Robinson lived with his Family. Although he had Friends, he kept himself hidden during the day due to his terrifying appearance. Although blind, Raymond learned to take walks at night in the nearby woods. This naturally created a local stir of morbidly curious hoping to catch a glimpse of Raymond, now dubbed Charlie No Face . He became quite popular as a result, with visitors coming from all overview hoping to see him on one of his nighttime walks.

He sometimes allowed pictures to be taken of his visage , for a price. He lived until 1985, when he died at age 74. Much has been said of his other nickname, that of The Green Man . It was said that the electricity caused his skin to tinge green. Some say yes, others that this was part of the Urban Legend. Raymond had a special spot in the woods he walked through, that he liked to visit. A small Tunnel which cut through a Hill was a favorite spot. In the 1990s, when reports of seeing Raymond began, the Tunnel became a focal point. Soon graffiti appeared and the Tunnel became a Party Spot . Teenagers would wait for a midnight visit from Raymond. Local Police partially sealed the Tunnel. Raymond's  Ghost ( glowing green, of course) is still seen quite often it is said, in the Northwestern woods outside of Koppel
