The ''Manila Film Center'' of The City of Manila – The Philippine Islands, was a ''pet project'' of infamous former Presidential First Lady Imelda Marcos in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Her ''goal'' was to create a Center for Cultural enjoyment for The Filipino Peoples for The Arts. It turns out, She also created a long running Paranormal vortex in which phenomenon is said to still be experienced today. During the initial phases of construction, a tragic accident occurred in which as many as 15 workmen were crushed and killed, when a rushed change to the structure (under Marcos orders), was made. According to Legend, Marcos wanted the job finished. She ordered no recovery of the men and had the site cleared with cement poured over the bodies to continue work. With the completion of the project, all manner of Paranormal activities have been reported. 'Shadow Figure'', EVP and of course rather ''annoyed'' Cold Spots are common. In recent years, a Group of Paranormal Investigators (to include Psychics), ''made contact'' with ''The Spirits'' (who were quite angry for not being given their ''final due''). And while the Foundation cannot be dug up to ''recover'' their remains without totally destroying the building), ''peace'' was finally made with most of The Ghosts – save a few who apparently have ''cursed'' the place and refuse to leave.
