The Biograph Theater located in Lincoln Park, Chicago, Illinois (US) – is a location probably not well known today. But it was very well known for many years as being the location were ''Public Enemy No. 1'' – John Dillinger was cornered and shot to death by FBI Agents. That was on July 22, 1934. Dillinger had ventured out of His hideout with His long-time (sometimes) girlfriend – whose Landlord supposedly ''sold out'' The Bank Robber. The Landlord made a deal with The FBI and made Dillinger's girl ''wear a Red Dress'' (''The Lady in Red''), as a means of identifying Dillinger. After watching the film, Dillinger was approached and chased by Agents. He was shot so many times (even several bystanders were hit), that it was initially ''difficult'' to ''visually identify'' Him. The ''reign of terror'' created by John Dillinger, was ended....or so it was thought. The Biograph Theater would become a National Historic Site years later, and is still used for Theatrical Productions. But Staff will tell you of several Paranormal incident which happen...often. The first, is that a ''Ghostly Male Figure'', is often ''seen sitting'' in The Rows. In addition, the same ''figure'' can be seen ''wandering thru the several adjoining Alleys'' (used by Dillinger to attempt His escape). Finally, the spot of concrete where Dillinger ''bleed out'', appears to have ''issues'' as well. Regardless of the outside temperature or Season, that particular is always ''cold to the touch''. Even if a ''broiling hot day'', while the surrounding concrete may be hot – ''Dillinger's Stone'' is cold to the touch.
