The Ghost of Blue Bell Hill

"Ghost Brides" are ample fodder for many Ghost stories and myths. In Maidstone, England, they too are not immune to such tales......if this is in fact a tale or "something" else! In 1965, a young girl was late to to her best friends wedding as Bridesmaid. The road near Blue Bell Hill was wet and slick from a recent rain shower, and she was driving too fast. So were several other cars. The sad result were multi-vehicle fatalities....including our late Miss. Since then, on any given night, people driving down the road ALMOST hit a young girl in her Bridesmaid dress, running frantically down the road. As "physical" as the next "person", after turning to avoid a "near hit", one is shocked to find no one there in the road! Well documented, even photographs have been taken of the Phantom. Sightings are still reported even today.
