The Forestal Park ''Alien'' Photograph

Taken by Amateur Photographer (and full time Civil Engineer), German Pereira on May 10, 2004  - He was taking a quick video of to two mounted Police Officers riding in The Parque Forestal (Santiago, Chile). Later, when he got home and checked His recording, he saw an unusual sight. What appears to be small 3 foot Gray-Like Being, darting between the 2 Officers (apparently trying to cross the path). The released video and subsequent still photos made International News, and were put forth as ''proof of Alien Life'' among us. Of course, Skeptics widely decried them, saying they were obvious hoaxes. However, the non-skeptics have had the video and stills examined. They show no evidence of being manipulated. So then, what did Pereira take a photo of?
