The Forest Grove ''Sound''

Forest Grove is a small and picturesque Township located some 25 Miles West of Portland, Oregon (US). Established in the 1840s – nothing much of anything happens there. That is until February of 2016. It appears that nearly everyone in Town began to ''hear'' a strange and very audible noise – resent it seem – everywhere. It was strongest in the many Forests that encircle the Town. Described as a ''high pitch, mechanical scream'', no machinery (Construction or otherwise), was the culprit. The ''Sound'' was heard during both day and night (being more ''active'' at night). Police and Fire Authority investigated - and came to the ''conclusion'' that they too had no idea of what the sound was or where it was coming from. The strange case began to gain Forest Grove National attention. ''Theories'' ranged from possible Government Secret construction of underground tunnels and complexes to be used for some unknown reason. The other end of the spectrum was that it was the same theory, only related to Alien ''colonization''. In March of 2016, without cause – The Sound suddenly stopped.
